DHIS' owners, Joshua Finkle and Irma Azrelyant, are native American Sign Language users and possess personal and professional expertise in the field of deafness. These unique qualities, combined with knowledge of the rich resources of NYC's pool of interpreters and their skills is what makes DHIS stand out amongst its competitors.

DHIS is excited to announce we are expanding our presence into New Jersey this coming fall.
Joshua and Irma have been hard at work searching for office space for both New Jersey community interpreting and Viable VRS call center.
